Mystery Client Treatment: A full service booked under a guest alias to assess tone, service flow, and emotional impact before training begins.
3 Days On-Site (8 hrs/day): Live presentations, group coaching, and hands-on evaluations with as many staff as possible.
Training Toolkit: Printed scripting prompts, energy tracking sheets, and Presence Score evaluation tools.
Spa & Service Audit: Five Star Flow of Service review, treatment room walkthroughs, and advanced retail experience coaching.
