We do not function as a PR agency, nor do we represent clients or secure media coverage on their behalf.
This program does not connect participants directly with specific media outlets, journalists, or editors.
There are no guarantees of press, media coverage, or publication of any content.
This membership is a coaching and guidance-based program, where Elizabeth Donat shares the strategies and techniques she used to secure over 25 media mentions. The goal is to empower participants to learn and apply these strategies to promote themselves and gain media visibility on their own.
Welcome to the VIP Hook and Media Mastery Monthly Membership ("Membership"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Membership services provided by www.elizabethdonat.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to the Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to the services provided as part of the Membership.
2. Membership Eligibility
The Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Description of Services
The Membership includes:
Monthly LIVE 90-Minute Group Call: Join a private, monthly group call led by Elizabeth Donat, a 25x published, 20-year beauty industry expert. Strategize your headlines, hooks, and messaging for press pitches, social media, and articles. Share media wins, network with high-level beauty founders, and receive real-time feedback.
Priority Email Support: Receive expert feedback throughout the month on headlines, pitches, or media strategies, with a typical response time of 24 hours or less. Elizabeth will review your pitches before submission to ensure you have a competitive edge.
Access to Press and PR Mastermind On-Demand Course: Instantly access all 6 weeks of video lessons from the Press and PR Mastermind program (over 6 hours of content), plus PDF resources, guides, and writing prompts to sharpen your media strategy.
Access to an Exclusive, Private Online Community: Stay connected with a private chat area for ongoing support, questions, media tips, and inspiration between calls.
Access to All Content Additions: While an active member, you'll receive access to new guides, media tips, strategies, writing prompts, and exclusive member discounts.
4. Payment and Billing
Membership Option:
Monthly Plan: $500 per month, billed every 30 days.
Billing Cycle:
Monthly Plan: Payments are processed every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription.
Payment Method: We accept major credit cards processed securely through Squarespace.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No Minimum Commitment: The Membership operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.
Cancellation:
Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Membership services until the cycle ends.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services within a billing cycle.
Rejoining the Membership: If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you may do so at the current Membership price at the time of re-enrollment.
6. Scheduling and Use of Group Calls
Scheduling Calls: Access the private scheduling link provided on the membership site and or via email, to join the monthly group call.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to miss a group call, no individual replacements are provided. Recordings will be available if necessary.
7. Access to Membership Site
Login Credentials: Upon enrollment, you will create login credentials to access the private members-only website.
Use of Resources: The resources provided are for your personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or reproduction of materials is prohibited.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided through the Membership are the intellectual property of Elizabeth Donat or its licensors.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided without express written permission.
9. Member Conduct
Professionalism: Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during all interactions, including emails, calls, and within the online community.
Prohibited Actions: Harassment, abuse, or any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other members will not be tolerated and may result in termination of Membership without refund.
10. Publicity
Client Agreement: By enrolling in the Membership, you agree that Elizabeth Donat may use your name, business name, logo, and/or image in promotional literature, advertising, or testimonials related to the Membership.
Use of Testimonials: Any testimonials or feedback you provide may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, and the website. You grant Elizabeth Donat the right to edit, publish, and distribute such testimonials as necessary.
11. Confidentiality
Privacy of Information: We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal or business information shared during sessions, except as required by law.
Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained through the Membership, including strategies, materials, and other proprietary content.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: While we provide guidance to help you achieve media exposure, we cannot guarantee specific results, including publication or media features.
Use at Your Own Risk: Any actions you take based on advice or materials provided are at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elizabeth Donat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Members will be notified via email of significant changes. Your continued use of the Membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
